The Hybrid Dog Bed comes with a 1-year warranty. If the bed is defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What are the dimensions of the Hybrid Dog Bed?
The Hybrid Dog Bed is available in two sizes: small and large. The small bed measures 24" x 20" x 12", and the large bed measures 30" x 24" x 14".
What materials are the Hybrid Dog Bed made of?
The Hybrid Dog Bed is made of a durable, water-resistant fabric and a soft, comfortable foam. The fabric is machine-washable, and the foam is removable and can be spot-cleaned.
What is the weight capacity of the Hybrid Dog Bed?
The Hybrid Dog Bed has no weight capacity however is not designed for a dog to be carried in it.
How do I clean my Hybrid Dog Bed?
The bed is designed with a removable cover which can simply be put in the washing machine. Wash this cover on a cool gentle machine cycle. We do not recommend using a dryer. For the rest of the bed we reccomend keeping it clean using a damp cloth. If it must be washed we recommend only a HAND WASH due to the metal components and ensure all cushions are removed.
In order to guarantee a long period of use we advise you to treat the bed with care. If the dog is wet or dirty using a towel or blanket to protect the bed is reccomended.
If your dog is prone to chewing please make sure you remove the shoulder strap and seat strap. If a dog chews the bed or any part of it, it may cause damage to the bed and more importantly your dog.

How do I put it together?
Assembling the bed is super easy. In the pillow packs there are 3 large cushions and 2 smaller side cushions. Be very careful not to puncture the cushions when cutting them out of the vacuum seal.
It is easier to insert these with the bed inside out. Be careful not to trap the cushion in the zippers. Once they are zipped up be sure to fluff them up. The seat strap clips on the rear clips in the same side as where the iso-fix clips are. The optional shoulder strap can be clipped on as you see fit.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all dog beds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can apply for a full refund.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been well used or damaged (except if the product is defective)
- Products that do not have the original receipt
The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track the progress of your return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
